Postpartum and Herbal Support for Wellness

Herablist and Full-Spectrum Doula

Postpartum healing isn’t just about navigating the physical changes the body underwent throughout pregnancy and birth, it’s also about recovering mentally and emotionally. Too often we focus on only one part of our health, forgetting that our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing are intricately linked. In this workshop we’ll discuss holistic postpartum care that focuses on the whole body with the support of herbal allies. From warming foods and healing teas, to rejuvenating herbal baths, plants assist with rebalancing the mind, body and spirit. But most importantly, working with herbs pushes us to pause and check-in with ourselves, to support our bodies with intention. We’ll discuss how to work in partnership with plants, infusing postpartum care with intention and calming practices that support mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
